New SFHL Website!

Alright folks, I finally was able to find a new host and with that comes a new redesign. We're going to put a bit more effort into this one since we have a lot more control over the hosting and type of content we can add. Navigate around and see what is new. NOTE: As of writing, the rules, trade history, draft history are accurate up to May 2019. We'll have to populate from there to now to get up to date, but we'll get there slowly.
